Shipping policy

HELLO POPPY COMPANY is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you select a shipping method that includes insurance on every order to insure you are protected. 

Our standard turn around time is 4-7 business days. Orders placed after 12pm MST will begin processing the next business day. The shipping speed chosen at checkout applies only to the carriers delivery time frame. Our turn around time remains the same regardless of shipment speed chosen, although we will do our best to get priority shipments out.

Please note that USPS First Class Mail does NOT include insurance or tracking.
