DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order promptly upon receiving and report any issues to us within 48 hours. We ask that you please include any pictures as well as your order number in an email to hellopoppycompany@gmail.com so that our team can evaluate this.

INSUFFICIENT OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided during checkout, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost for us to reship the items as well as any fees incurred for the returned shipment.

SHIPMENTS

Our standard turn around time is 4-7 business days. Orders placed after 12pm MST will begin processing the next business day. The shipping speed chosen at checkout applies only to the carriers delivery time frame. Our turn around time remains the same regardless of shipment speed chosen, although we will do our best to get priority shipments out.

HELLO POPPY COMPANY is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you select a shipping method that includes insurance on every order to insure you are protected. 

RETURNS TO SENDER

Refunds will only be applied to the cost of the items in an order, not the shipping fees.

Please note that any promotions of free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We are located in Phoenix, Arizona. Any duties and taxes charged by the courier company for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
